Parker Estate - Rosé Gin

Expanding our vision of “Quality without compromise”, this range of premium Gins has been developed in partnership between the Parker winemaking team, headed by Andrew Hardy and Barossa distiller Darin Kinzie. Purposeful use of botanicals, and an infusion of Parker Estate wines complements the intended simple and classic serving suggestion of tonic and citrus.

Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Almond, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Lemon Myrtle & Rose petal.

Blended with Parker Coonawarra Estate Rosé (Pinot Noir, Merlot & Chardonnay) for inviting colour and elevated fruit character.
