Hesketh - Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Our Bright Young Things is textbook Sauvignon Blanc; racy and crisp. The cold growing conditions in Mt Gambier produce fresh and lively Sauvignon Blanc with brilliant varietal notes of lime, pink grapefruit and freshly cut granny smith apples.

2025 was a cooler than average growing season with a dry leadup to harvest. Fruit for our Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from premium cool-climate vineyards which produce crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc with intense aromatics and a clean, palate.

Following harvest, the fruit was taken immediately for crushing to avoid extended skin contact and unnecessary handling. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to ensure a fresh and vibrant finish before being filtered, fined and bottled early to maximise vibrancy.
