Miss Zilm - Auburn Clare Valley Fiano 2025

Miss Zilm is a selection of small batch single vineyard wines celebrating Keeda Zilm's beloved Clare Valley, where she's spent twenty years making wine. Fiano is the southern Italian variety that has found a home in the rolling hills of Clare. This lively, textural and aromatic wine showcases the diversity and potential of Clare Valley beyond its famed Rieslings.

The fruit was harvested in the cool of night and delivered to the winery at dawn where it was destemmed and gently pressed. The ferment was cool and controlled. The resulting wine remained on yeast lees with a small portion in seasoned oak for four months.
