Parker Estate - Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

This is the heart of the Parker Estate story. It encapsulates the iconic combination of Cabernet and terra rossa soil in a wine that has poise, integrity and is reliable year after year.

The small batch parcels of grapes were fermented in closed top fermenters for 13 days with approximately 10% of the parcels undergoing extended (30 day) maceration time to develop flavour and cellaring potential. All parcels completed malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, then were barrelled down to a combination of new (50%), second, third, and fourth fill French oak for 12 months.
