Parker Estate - Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

This is the heart of the Parker Estate story. It encapsulates the iconic combination of Cabernet and terra rossa soil in a wine that has poise, integrity and is reliable year after year.

The small batch parcels of grapes were fermented in closed top fermenters for 12 days. All parcels completed malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, then were barrelled down to a combination of new (50%), second, third, and fourth fill French oak for 12 months.
